# Primo Space Fund Overview

 Primo Space Fund is the first venture capital fund in continental Europe dedicated exclusively to space technology. Established in 2020, it concluded its final closing at over €85 million in 2022. The fund invests in promising seed to early-stage companies within the space tech sector, including D-Orbit, Caracol AM, and Eoliann S.r.l. The investment team receives technical assessment support from the E. Amaldi Foundation. Backed by prominent investors such as CDP Venture Capital SGR S.p.A., European Investment Fund, and Compagnia di San Paolo, Primo Space Fund is supported by InnovFin Equity under the European Union's Horizon 2020 Financial Instruments and the European Fund for Strategic Investments.
